I have a Windows 10 laptop. Cortana keeps on popping up unasked while I am browsing or writing a document etc. How do I stop this please? Thank you.

Solution
In this case you shouldn't need a backup, but you can right click a key in the articles case right click on Windows and select Export and save the .reg file. If for some reason you needed to restore it you can double click the reg file and it will import the old settings.
