Hello,

I have the Window Version in Attached File.
I tried to install that Version of SmartShare and i get the error that could bee seen in Attached file.
The product needs as prerequisites some programs:
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Installed
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (x86) - Installed
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (Web Download) - Not Installed
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Client - Not Installed
  • Other Programs

I would like anyone help me because i need the program to see photos an videos in a LG TV.
