Dear Windows 10 support team,
My Groove Music cant not be run, it get force close when I try to open it.

Solution
I tried all of these ways but still get the same problem. Thanks anyway :)
Hi,
try running these scans:

File scans
Right click on the Start menu icon and from the revealed list choose 'admin command prompt'. Type:
sfc /scannow
press enter and await results

In the same command prompt and after the above scan has finished type:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Press enter and await results (longer this time).

If the first scan found files it could not repair but the second scan is successful, run the first scan again using the same command prompt box and this time it should repair the files found.

A more radical approach would be to use something like Link Removed to remove the Groove app and then re-install it...

Lastly, something i forgot to mention earlier is this forum isn't actually an official Microsoft forum. We do try and help others all the same however but just thought it was best you knew the truth.. :)
