By mistake i turn on the safe mode 5 months ago.. i have to re-fresh my PC

i ticked on safe mode by mistake that time i was trying to control my PC From mobile via Microsoft application on Android and when i connected it putted me in safe mode.. i saw the video how to reduce lag and in video it says tick on safe mode. but nothing happens from it but when i tap on connect on the Microsoft Application the pc goes in safe mode?

So i am thinking to re-install that app to control my Windows 8.1

What you think is it safe?

You should be fine and I'd just uninstall the app. What is the actual app?
