If you saved the items deleted find them and double click on them I think will restore them. You might try system restore. If you didn't save what you deleted you may be out of luck.

i have no idea...i cleared at AVG pc tuneup...i restored it..but there is nothing happened...it's showing agian ..!!
pls tell me other way
