can I deactivate ntp ?. because he is causing me some time issues with our database server. (My machine is older that the database server).
If they're syncing from the same source there shouldn't be an issue. If this is in a domain the source should be your main DC I would verify they're both syncing to the same source

In the Date and Time window from above, under the Date and Time tab, click the Change time zone... button.
Select the new time zone in the Time zone drop-down field and click OK.
Click OK on the main Date and Time window to save the time zone change.
