Are they away to take screen shots using windows 7 home prem,? I know i can use F.R.A.P.S but would rather use the program i paid for.The snipping tool can be used while not in a game,i would like to know how i can take a screen shot in a game.

CTRL and PrtSc together will copy the whole screen, which you can then, for example, paste into "Paint"
Alt and PrtSc together will copy a window on the desktop.
