📎 AI Summary:
The thread discusses one user successfully installing Windows 11 on a five-year-old HP ProBook 14 with an Intel i5 processor without the usual compatibility fixes, surprising because the system’s specs typically don’t meet Windows 11 requirements. The user reports bypassing the standard compatibility checks by selecting specific installation options and activating with a previous Windows 10 license. Other contributors mention potential methods to enable TPM support, including adding a TPM card or expansion, especially for desktops, highlighting the ongoing concern about hardware compatibility for Windows 11. Overall, the sentiment indicates that, with certain workarounds, older hardware may still run Windows 11 despite official incompatibility notices.

Solution
You have all looked at the many tweaks on the web, to install windows 11 on an incompatible computer. I tried them all and none worked for me.
Now a forum has come up with an automated process to make the necessary alterations to the registry.
I tried the tweak on an old i5 Dell laptop, with TPM 1.2. The tweak worked! I was using the leaked Windows 11 on a USB plug.
It took about 45 minutes on my crappy machine, but you may do better. On completion, all my data was intact and I was ready to go.
I could post the registry tweak, but would prefer you to go to the source, as I am a contributor there and do not want to incur their wrath.
PLEASE. Make a backup of your installation before trying this!!!!!!!

Download Bypass Secure Boot...
Just download from the net win 11 proWithout "fixes", or....?
when installing indicating only my personal file to keep
The installation went smoothly to my surprise no fix whatsoever
Very odd! If the very initial install stage detects your computer is incompatible, it does not allow you to go further.
You must have slipped through the cracks somehow!![]()
The installation made some test at first repoert that ther is some problems with some applications
went back there was some options what to save during the installation
i checked the second option which was save my personal files only
it went back chrck again and it pass

There is literally no reason for you to do this. Just go into Windows 10 and join the Insider Program - Dev Channel, check for updates again, and you will get the latest version. There is also a way to make a ISO of the official Windows 11 Dev ISO (although a bit complicated: )I instal the “leaked“ win 11 from torrent sight

The problem is, Mike (I am a victim!
) that, though users can initially join the Development channel, you computer is examined and, if incompatible, you are immediately relegated to the premium channel - no way back.
