My login screen on windows 8.1 became damaged. I need to hit enter twice to get login box otherwise showing empty screen with few messy wifi icon and nothing happens. Very annoying issue. Thank you

Thank you for reply :) I found the problem but no solution :( The problem cause service called "Power" which is for power option. After stop the service login screen is ok, but the all power option in control panel are off.

sorted :) when switch to optimized power plan doing that. Different plan no problems. Thanks
