Windows Vista Making Vista Backup 'backup' adobe files?

Hey, how do I let vista backup 'backup' specific folders that have my photoshop, illustrator and premiere files? When I use the wizard I only see options I can tick, but no way to specify folders to ensure they are being grabbed as well.

I am unfamiliar with the default backup options in Vista. For full coverage of your system, I would have to recommend a 3rd-party backup solution that will create a full and reliable backup image that you can store on an external hard drive.

The program I would recommend specifically is Acronis True Image, but this is just a preference of mine.
