There's not enough information to speculate as to what the issue is. I'd start by look at Process Explorer - Windows Sysinternals which will let you drill down into the processes better than task manager and you should be able to see what is hammering the disk.

Yes, you have give less information about your problem. You can simple search the Disk Cleanup in search box to clean the Disk to see if it works.
