So hello guys, first of all, I own an artics 5 gaming headset right, I was in a call with my friend through discord one day it all went fine. Then I went to an app called line messenger and started calling my friends. Then suddenly my mic quality just dropped, people can't hear what I was saying, and I was looking at online mic testers, and discord mic tester, and for some reason, my mic doesn't register my voice or any kind of sound. I need to use a program called Equalizer APO and boost my mic by 20 DB so my voice would sound loud again, I've tried going to sounds and setting my mic to 100%. Any fixes?

And when i unchecked the equalizer it says the max received sound was only 4.5 Decibels
