Okay, I got a new laptop and upgraded to Windows 7 32 bit, but I don't have stereo mix. I right click the volume button in the tray thing, and click recording devices. Once I'm on there, I right click and it says it lets me see disabled and disconnected devices but still no stereo mix. Is this just my audio card or do I have to install some sort of driver?

Stereo mix is not a standard driver that comes with any PC anymore. It used to be before. But because it can be used to grab and create pirated music, etc., you have to download and install it yourself and use it responsibly.
