Running windows 7 and unable to get off of this screen no matter how I start up computer. I have tried safe mode, and everything else around that and still goes to this screen by default. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this or if my computer is completely broken anything is appreciated.

You may want to boot to a recovery console or a Windows install media > recovery console and try running sfc and chkdsk on the drive.

My only problem is if I go to “repair my computer” it takes me straight to this screen and no other options
