Hi. I've just uploaded Windows 10 and when I accessed my 2010 Outlook bigpond accounts I couldn't find any saved folders or contacts, only emails in my In Box. Are they some where in the outersphere...?!

Solution
If the profile is still there, and it should be, you should be able to re-attach the profile.
  • Press Window key + x
  • Select Control Panel
  • Mail
  • You should have access to your old mail profile and it should contain anything in that account
