Hi,
I have already asked for some help on the Windows Forum but I didn't get any reasonable solution to my problem (that is becoming really annoying).

I get a block of the PC (sort of "Application not Responding" but for the whole system) as soon as I left click on File Explorer or right click on any directory; not on: files, shortcuts,...
Note_1: This problem rose after the update from Windows 8.0 to Windows 8.1
Note_2: I don't get any Dump file from this error

Please help me, thanks

Sounds like the install didn't go too well. If you can find command prompt, right click on it and run as admin. Type
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results

If the above fails to fix it then you might have to start all over again unless the machine isn't compatible for windows 8.1. What is the actual machine you have?
