I have transferred 6.5GB data of movies, songs, official files to my desktop through pendrive. Later I have formatted the pendrive.

By Mistake I pressed(hold) and CTRL+Z(undo) on my desktop, the entire data was erased.

The only option you have is to use a data recovery tool and undelete all data. I suggest you to try some popular tools such as Recuva, Stellar, Remo Recover.

Yes a pen drive should be easy to recover as all as you have not kept using it?
