I have a serious problem with connecting to my Windows 7 Ultimate pc with Remotedesktop after I removed Norton Internet Protection.

Before Remotedesktop connection was now problem.

PC came pre-installed with a trial of Norton Internet Protection.
Downloaded the Norton Removal tool and removed the bulky program set.

Afterwards my Remotedesktop connection dos not allow me to connect to the pc anymore.

I am able to use RD from the PC.
When I try to get to the PC from another PC, the user login dialog comes up (so pure connection is not the probblem) and after that when I enter the password for the user it says that I am not allowed to connect with this user information.

I even created a new user with no effect.

What can I do to get it running again?

Best regards,

Usually after Norton has been near anything it needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.. Is it possible to create a new connection?
