Windows 7 Settiing Default Folder

I am using Windows 7 and Office 2010. I would like to know how I can set up a default folder when opening up my Excel Files

Your assistance in this regard will be most appreciated

If you go to the File Tab, options, save, there is a box for the Default File Location...
