Windows 7 Sharing Programs Across User Accounts?

If I install a program under one user profile, how do I make that program accessible by all users? Example: I have installed Google Chrome as my browser under my admin. profile. But I can't seem to find or use the program when I'm logged in under my wife's profile? Anybody know how to fix this? THANK YOU!!!

It will have to be installed under that account as well.
