Hey all,

My problem is ive been having problems with permissions as such as windows installer, etc ec. So went thru HKEY CLASS ROOT and tried re-doing the user accounts, but now all i have is RESTRICTED and SYSTEM.... tried adding my account name and ADMINISTRATORS and failed. Had restarted the computer and now cant access anything wats so ever... would there be any sort of solution without re-installing? cause i dont have a windows 7 cd :(
