The second most annoying behavior of windows 7 is that switching tasks with ALT-TAB loses the sequence. Tasks are random instead of being in the order of when the window was last in focus. And then when I minimize a window, it's still first in the sequence, what the...?

How can I change the sequence of tasks to be last visited like it was in XP?
