My audio crackles a bit when using my laptops speakers or a plug in headset. Anyone have any suggestions?

Disable Smartbyte solve my problem ! Thanks. Guides to disable Smartbyte below:

1) search for "services" in window search bar
2) look for "SmartByte Network services"
3) right click properties, and select startup type to "disable".

Plug a different headset into the device. If you hear crackling with another headset, the cause may be a dirty, cracked or worn jack, or a problem with your computer's sound card. Clean the jack and after you clean the jack. Check the sound card to ensure that it's seated properly
