Hi,
I'm have a very consistent problem when trying to install a few games I have. They are: Fallout 3, Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, and a few others.
Whenever I try to install, I always get this error: *This one is with fallout 3, the only difference in the errors is the game name and company*
Error Code: -5004 : 0x80070006
Error Information:

I've looked all over the entire freakin' internet, and I CANNOT find a solution.
I've tried: Deleting the installshield runtime folder, and those inside it, they just keep re-creating themselves but slightly delay the error.
Edited the appropriate registries, still didn't work.
Running in compatibility with each item, still didn't run.
Running as administrator, and still nothing.
Checking for old registries, there are none for the games.
Manually going in and clicking "Setup.exe"
Nothing.
My specs are
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate x64
CPU -Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHZ
RAM - 4GB
Motherboard- NVIDIA Nforce 750 SLI
Please help, I'm completely lost here as to what else to try.
