Dell 3650, windows 10.....error messages....DNS cannot be found, No internet connection, Check your proxy server, and a few more. Computer is less than 60 days old, no programs have been added. Ran a Dell diagnostic and tells me it can't detect modem. Drivers up to date. Connected to internet, but very slow....Sometimes take two oo three tried before I reach a web site. Happens on all sites. Help please!!!!!!!!

Smartscreen said don't run, hit run anyway. Screen blinked. Now what? How long does it take? And where to I find the report?
