Windows 7 Troubleshooting Laptop Startup Delays: 10-15 Minutes to Login Icon

Hi skyhawk,
if you type 'msconfig' in the run box you'll see the system config' box appear on the screen. Click 'startup' and uncheck any programs which you don't want or don't need to start up straight away. (see screenshot).
If you don't already I'd try using a cleaner such Ccleaner Link Removed which is free and great at what it does..
