hello i am trying to use proxies in windows 11 and when i change my proxy settings i get the error message can't reach this page in microsoft edge along with other browsers. thanks a lot.

I can tell you this, I looked at your Free Proxy List and port probed the few ones it said it had just checked to be active 17 seconds ago, hah, it's a total joke. I wouldn't bother using that site. The bigger question is why are you trying to use a proxy? If you need anonymity a good VPN is really the way to go.

thats not really what a proxy server does but you will do better picking networks on port 80 than some of those other fake addresses like 800
