I've been getting these white dots in my screen out of nowhere. They appear only where browsing the web and the folders and are clearly visible in dark mode. I don't think the screen is damaged since i was able to capture the issue via screenshot. I would really appreciate some help to understand what this is and fix it. Thanks

If they're showing up in a screenshot it's not hardware or a driver. It's going to be some type of software.
