Windows 7 trying to turn on 'drop down box'

I had to turn it off to access Geek squad once and now I can't find the button to turn it back on. Anyone know.

What drop down boxes are you talking about specifically? Are these Windows boxes or boxes in a software program like Excel, access, etc...?
