Can anyone explain this to me. I have never had any problems with Windows 10, since its beginnings. I have no idea how long this has been happening, but I have just noticed this odd happening.
The first picture shows what I get, everyday, on a cold boot.
The second picture shows, naturally, the result. But the next day it will be the same. I should point out that I am, indeed, absolutely up to date.

I'm not even sure what the anomaly here even is. Is it the fact it's stating you're up to date, or is it some very subtle thing about the date its showing? I don't even get what the "anomaly" even is, since you haven't been clear as to what in those two screen-grabs constitutes "the anomaly." Please explain better, and maybe someone can help.

Hmm. I thought it was obvious, apparently not so!
I updae every day, yet it shows the last update was almost a month ago!
As said, this happens every time I boot up.
