It seems that after I upgraded to Windows 10 it took most but not all of my JPG Photo files and attached a tag to them. I cannot open them anyway except to buy special software. Has anybody else had this problem and is there a work around to fix it

Hi Scott! How did you up grade to W10. With the windows up dates or the media creation tool. I have not heard of anyone having that issue! My jpg open with Photos!
