My wife's Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series will not complete the 2004 or 20H2 update for some strange reason. I started trying back a year ago but it will never update. She is happy with 1909, so I just leave it at that. But, I still don't get it why. I am certainly not alone because many users complain about it but never anything solved. Any suggestions?

Solution
No.
After reading every help page I could find, trying them all, I simply ended with the build in option of re-installation of Windows.
Very unsatisfactory, quite a job, but effective.
Any other thoughts?

Yeah, that is what I assumed was best. My wife refuses to let me so I will sneak in and make a backup of all her stuff and reset Windows, when the time comes. I assume that time will when she gets tired of waiting hours for v2004 to update :)
