What power settings are there on your computer?

For a quicky, you could look in the device manager - Look under the Network adapters tab - right click each connection and in the properties, open the "Power Management" tab make sure the two bottom items in my picture are OFF (Unticked)

You can type powercfg /lastwake to list what woke the system.

when I type powercfg /lastwake in cortana it takes me to opera browser

You need to type it in a command prompt not Cortana

when i try to open cmd it goes on for a second ( little black screen) then vanishes dont have time to write anything in there ...

Right click the flag lower left then click widows power shell admin see if that works for you.
