I have a hp pavilion i5 running win 10. It takes 3 min. 40 to boot. I have checked the defrag which shows 78% fragmentation. HP are worst than useless and offer no help. If I use HP recovery it returns to win 7.So can I reinstall win 10 from iso from another machine? The screen after first boot goes blank for 1min. 40. then continues. This is dam annoying and a waste of time.
Surgestions please.

As long as you upgraded to Windows 10 during the free upgrade promotion, you should be able to install Windows 10. You can use the media creation tool to create the Windows 10 installer. Link Removed
