Yes—you can empty the Recycle Bin now.
The important checks have passed:
  • DISM completed successfully.
  • SFC repaired the damage.
  • The second SFC found no integrity violations.
  • Windows Terminal works again.
  • All programs you use open successfully.

Before emptying it​

  1. Quickly confirm that no personal documents, photographs, or other wanted files remain.
  2. Empty the Recycle Bin.
  3. Restart Windows afterward.
  4. Check the available space on C:.
Emptying the Recycle Bin is permanent, but the remaining Microsoft Store applications can ordinarily be repaired later by:
  • Using Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Advanced options > Repair.
  • Using Reset if Repair fails.
  • Reinstalling the application from Microsoft Store or with winget.
  • Running wsreset.exe if the Store itself develops a problem.
You do not need to preserve unwanted copies of WindowsApps files in the Recycle Bin merely in case an application is needed later.
