📎 AI Summary:
The thread concerns a Windows 11 user who used CCleaner to move many supposed duplicate files—including DLL, EXE, and SYS files—to the Recycle Bin, then encountered administrative-permission issues when trying to restore them. The automated guidance clarified that a separate Administrator profile has its own Recycle Bin, but the user confirmed they were already in their original account; drag-and-drop restoration worked, suggesting selective destination-folder permissions rather than a total access problem, while advising against restoring system DLLs blindly or changing ownership of the entire drive. The overall sentiment is highly frustrated, with the user objecting that the Windows 11 instructions do not match their system and seeking more precise, human help.

The AI is not completely logical in that sense that it has flaws in its thinking. It will go along with you down a rabbit hole. Can it permanently solve your issue if you do all of these remediations? Perhaps. But literally it has not thought about the fastest and easiest way to solve your issue. I have not tried to be rude, but maybe it came off that way. If that is the case, I apologize.
Think I'll sign off and see what happens with Windows' next update.
