happy new year to all!!!!

I'm just another guy having problems with windows 7 x86-x64.

In idle time
When i watch you tube
When i scroll mozilla's right bar
When i listem music & when i produce with Cubase & Ableton
I get all diferent BSOD's

I have dual boot with diferent hdd using OsX 10.6.5 NO POBLEM!
When i use Windows xp sp3 x32 NO PROBLEM

My system is:
Board : GA-EP45T-Extreme
Cpu : Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q9650 3.0 GHz Extreme
Ram : Geil PC3-16000 2000MHz CL 8 EVO ONE DUAL CHANNEL
Vga : Gigabyte Radeon HD 4870 X2
Hdd : 2x OCZ Vertex 2 120GB, 3x WD Caviar Black 2TB,

Does anybody know what the F....... is going on with Windows 7???????
Why XP works perfect?
Why OsX works perfect????
