From my local C drive I want to copy a folder named windows.old.000
to cd or memory stick. But also I want to be able to reinstall the
same folder if it need to be.
please tell me if it is possible and how to do it?

Solution
This folder is only used by Windows to roll back. There isn't a manual way to roll this folder back so it's not really worth backing it up.
