Hi,
Last night my laptop was updated to windows 8.1 build 9600 and it has caused my laptop to run extremely slow, normally it takes around 2 minutes to start up but now its taking at least 15-20 minutes. My laptop was running completely fine before this update, is there any way I can fix this problem or go back to a previous version of windows?
Thanks,
Jordan

Hello Tawse and welcome to the forum.
My first suggestion would be, for you to follow up and continue with Windows Updates, I believe there are multiple updates for Windows 8.1 including the "August Update" which some folks still refer to as Windows 8.2.
Maybe see if that helps with your current issues.
