Hi
After I run a c: drive cleaner when I turn on my pc a popup shows saying "windows cannot acces the specified device, path or file..." see screenshot.

Please could you help?

I am not allow to open any Ms application it shows that the c: drive is full and even I cleaned it it is still red

Windows drive nearly full, data drive mostly free.

What exactly did you run? If it was some 3rd party tool you likely removed something you shouldn't have which is why 3rd party tools shouldn't be used. For space issues use something like TreeSizeFree to identify what's taking up space. Feel free to post a picture of the output to determine what you can delete and what should not be removed.

What exactly did you run? If it was some 3rd party tool you likely removed something you shouldn't have which is why 3rd party tools shouldn't be used. For space issues use something like TreeSizeFree to identify what's taking up space. Feel free to post a picture of the output to determine what you can delete and what should not be removed.

Hi, Thank you very much for your soon reply.
I did manage to clear some space on my C: drive. The TreeSizeFree tool showed some videos on screencast-o-Matic that were taking to much space. I was able to free 60.8 GB
When I turn on my PC this morning the pop up did not open. So Thank you!
