my phone and surface connect to the extended wifi network just fine, but my work laptop cannot...i tried to connect then the password field briefly appears then it suddenly says "cannot connect to network"....tried rebooting to no avail

note that this is a work PC and therefore my admin rights are limited so therefore doing any sort of system modifications (eg device manager) is a no-no
