why cant i send message on my other PC via Cmd prompt?

um using "msg user-pc akwdawdawd" but it always says user-pc does not exist or is disconnected..
why?! the PC's are on same network and plus in homework/homegroup... whats up?

msg command is not the same as the old "net send" command. I suggest you read up on the syntax.
