i'm trying to run a program that used to work on vista/xp no issue. It wants to connect to port 2921 but its refused. i guess its my firewall, however, when i try to get into the control panel>firewall>allowed programs even though the program is ok'd it doesn;t work PLUS the change settings button is greyed out (i'm administrator!)

any ideas how i can fix this?

Hello and welcome,

Have you tried Advanced settings and tried to create a new rule, checking the port radio button and add that port to the list?
