Short answer..... nope.
Assuming it's your intention to preserve the applications in a state which would support your not having to reinstall them in the event of something catastrophic happening....
Then the only way I know to do that since it involves many things including dynamic link libraries as well as windows registry entries, would be to create a system image, thereby preserving the entire machine, captured at a particular point in time.
