Windows 7 Glary Utilities empty folders finder

Hi all,

I used Glary Utilities empty folders finder
and found a whole bunch of empty folders,

I was wondering can I just delete all of them
or should I just leave them where they are?

I have no idea what Glary Utilities is... most good stuff usually rings a bell. But, one would think if empty then, unneeded.

I would delete them. I would expect that if any program needs one of them then it will re-create it.
