Accidentally the user had checked the encrypted file option in properties of file/folder located in the C and D drive.
After that, the system (C drive ) was formatted and the users' encryption certificate and password file was deleted while formatting.
Now I am using windows 7, but unable to open the encrypted file. (While opening, the error message says the file is read only or encrypted. cannot open the file).

Kindly help me to decrypt the same file so that I can access the data.

If any software is available for recovering the file, please let me know.

You will not crack the encryption. Your only hope is to run a good file recovery program (I like zero ssumption - http://z-a-recovery.com/ ) to help you recover the decryption files provided the drive hasn't had a lot of use since formatting.
