Is there a file that can open REGEDIT?

Examples

DOCX files can open MS Word
HTML files can open BROWSERS

Is there any file that can open REGEDIT?

I can't actually open REGEDIT, because accidentally I messed it up

If you did as I suggested and download HIren and create a bootable usb or disc you can

Boot to Hiren
Select the Mini Windows XP
Run regedit and load the registry hive file
Make the needed chagnes
Unload the hive
Reboot
