hi I upgraded to win 7 from vista .The version is 32bit .The microphone is not working though the speakers are in advanced version and are working properly.Is there anything wrong during installation .should I have to reinstall it? Also it is not supporting cisco nac agent.:mad: Any timely help are appreciated

Right click on the speaker icon and select Recording. You may show a Front and Rear Mic input. Is the one you are using have a green mark by it? Maybe select the mic and configure or check the properties.
