Windows 7 nothing will install and the fis\xed dont work HELP

I get error 1606 cant access netwok ocation
I have downloaded the w7 fix program and that does not fix it there are reg conparison to follow and ther are not faulty , they are the same as required
so please what cant it be ....
its driving me nuts just going in circles

Could you explain the type of network you have and how you have it set up? Can you ping your own computer and whatever might be first in line on the network? Does the Network and Sharing Center show any red Xs?

Does your network show as a private network or public. The security settings for the different types of networks might be causing you firewall problems.

no red x . I dont seehow this problem should be tied to a network it relaited to installing only on this computer

its a home network with no home group added
see picture on what I am trying to do even this wont load

Looks like you are trying to run an XP installer. What programs are you dealing with and have you tried to do whatever in compatibility mode?
