I have a problem with my system that anything I have open full screen randomly gets minimised & it's really frustrating. Is there anything that will allow me to play my games sandboxed or something so whatever is running cant effect it & also allows the game to play online? System Optimizer software does this in Game mode but my AVG flags all the exe's as harmful.

Principally, you should be able to play in full screen - if problems, you should allow the exe to work, via allowing it in your AV.
There are lots of problems in this field, the most accurate advice is probably to be found inside the game / gaming forums. Each game has its own trouble.
